Bank transfer cost should be paid by the participants. Conference bank account should receive the mentioned above amounts.

At least one author per paper must register and pay the conference fee (Regular/PC/Student) in order to include the paper in the conference proceedings. A special discount is granted for the second paper of the registered participant. Only one additional paper is allowed. Research papers (10-12 pages) in Springer LNCS style should be submitted through the EasyChair system.

Except the keynotes, the session and workshop papers, we suggest that all papers should be presented as posters with discussion. If, however, it is necessary or essential for the author to present his/her paper orally, they will definitely have this right.

* We offer printing posters and bringing them to the conference venue. We will provide a template size A1 for poster preparation soon. Conference participants willing to take this opportunity will be asked to provide PDF file by the end of August.

*** The cost of the extracurricular coach excursion to Estonia and Latvia includes 2 nights at hotels: 17/18 September 2016 on the way and 18/19 September 2016 in the “Pan Tadeusz” hotel. The trip starts early morning on September 17th and ends late evening on September 18th. We leave from the conference venue and come back there.
*** Only few people declared to participate in it. After deep study of the trip situation we decided to cancel it. We are very sorry if this would cause some inconvenience.
